Designed with engineering — powered by AI

Automating your daily tasks in aviation.

From simple administrative tasks to high-end engineering processes — we build tailor-made automations for CAMOs, Part 21J, Part 21G, and Part 145 organisations.

Where the hours go —

Five questions every Aeronautical Engineering team should ask.

If you answered yes to any of them, there is a workflow underneath it that can be automated. Usually more than one.

Time01

Is your team spending too much time on recurrent tasks?

The same forms, the same checks, the same emails — every week, indefinitely.

Cost02

Are senior engineers doing work an intern could do?

Your most expensive expertise, spent on data entry and cross-referencing.

Focus03

Are administrative tasks draining your team's energy?

Context switching costs more than the task itself. Focus never fully returns.

Capacity04

Would you increase capacity without growing the team?

More fleets, more contracts, more aircraft — handled by the same people.

Human factor05

Would you like to reduce human factor errors?

A workflow does not get tired at 17:40 on a Friday. It checks every field, every time.

We do not build another shortcut on your desktop — we connect the existing ones.

Built to be defensible —

All the built automations are built following the EASA AI Concept Paper

Not every automation you want needs AI, but where it does – the workflow is designed following the EASA AI Concept Paper.

Every step is logged, every output is traceable back to its source.

Human authority, always

Every AI-based decision is classified against its actual level of autonomy. Whatever the level, the end user retains the authority to decide and act.

Explainability

Every conclusion carries the reasoning and the source that produced it.

Full traceability

Timestamped logs of every input, model, decision and reviewer.

Data governance

Your data stays yours. Scoped access, EU processing, no training on it.

Proportional by design

AI risk isn’t binary. Every workflow is assessed against its real hazard severity — not over-engineered, not under-built.

What we build —

Six automations already in production — built for CAMO, Part 21J, Part 21G and Part 145 operations across Europe.

Every one of these started as somebody’s spreadsheet, inbox rule, or 40-minute manual routine.

How we work —

From briefing to production in under a month.

No discovery phases that bill for six weeks. Aviation moves on tight timelines — so do we.

Phase 0101

Discovery briefing

A 60-minute working session. We map your bottleneck and define the smallest workflow worth automating.

Phase 0202

Prototype in 7 days

A working automation — not a slide deck — running against your real data inside a sandbox.

Phase 0303

Pilot with your team

Two weeks of supervised use. We tune prompts, edge cases, and SOPs alongside the people who will use it.

Phase 0404

Production & handover

Deployed into your stack, documented, monitored. Optional ongoing support, or full handover.

Roman Berezhinskyy Shtanhret —
With a strong aeronautical engineering background, I understand the problems we face, the accuracy we require, and the solutions that the industry needs.

Almost ten years across CAMO, MRO, Part 21J and Part 21G. I have written the procedures, filled in the forms, and chased the approvals myself — I perfectly know what you need.

Questions —

The ones you should be asking.

Anything not covered here, ask it on the call.

Reliability comes from the process, the architecture, not from using the latest model. If you have a defined procedure – it can be translated into a workflow, with a little of almost no AI.

Most of the workflows built are code-based. If a machine has a logic defined – it won’t fail

No. It removes the part of their job that does not need an engineer. The system prepares, classifies and evidences; your qualified staff review and decide. The automations empower good engineers.

Not all the automations we build include AI, and the ones that include AI, are designed following the principles of EASA AI Concept Paper

Your data is never used to train models. Workflows run on infrastructure we agree with you — hosted in the EU by default, or fully inside your own environment if your policy requires it. Access is scoped to the workflow that needs it.

If your software has an API, we can automate it. Where there is no API, we work with the formats you already exchange — structured exports, email, spreadsheets, shared drives. Nothing needs to be ripped out and replaced.

A first working prototype usually runs on the test data you provide within seven days of the briefing. A typical first workflow reaches production in under a month. Larger programmes are broken into workflows of that size rather than delivered as one long project.

An uncomfortable question for us, but important for you. We answer it with the handover. Workflows are built on open, self-hostable tooling — no proprietary runtime of ours sits in the middle. You receive the workflow definitions, the documentation and the credentials. If you want to run it yourself from day one, that is an option we support.

That is how we prefer to start. One narrow, painful, measurable process. You see what the delivery actually feels like, and we both learn how your organisation works before anything larger is committed to.

Any process that follows repeatable, rule-based logic — Airworthiness Directive screening, quotation building, work order creation, logistics and AOG coordination, document and compliance record generation, and more. If your team follows the same steps every time, whether in CAMO, Part 21J, Part 21G, Part 145, or general operations, it’s a candidate.

Our background is in CAMO, Part 21J, Part 21G, Part 145 and MRO — so that’s where we focus first. That said, if your process follows a repeatable, step-by-step logic, we can likely automate it even outside these fields. Book a call and we’ll tell you honestly whether it’s a fit.

A CAMO software platform only works within itself — it manages what happens inside that one system. We connect what’s outside it too: we can pull information from an authority or manufacturer portal, analyse it, trigger an email notification, save the document to your server, and even update a task inside your existing software. We do not build another shortcut on your desktop — we connect the existing ones, saving your team time.
